A problem was identified regarding the transformation of the stiffness matrix from the FB-Pier (MultiPier) system to the "Standard" system printed in the results (.OUT) file. There is an error in the printing of the transformed stiffness ("standard" coordinate system) only. The program calculates and prints the stiffness in the FB-Pier coordinate system correctly. The error caused some of the off-diagonal terms to have opposite signs in the printed version of the "standard" stiffness.

The program produces erroneous results for models consisting of one pile/shaft (1x1 grid) with one pier column and no pile cap and the pile head at or below the ground level. Specifically, the program applies the pile/shaft head soil springs in the wrong directions. As a result the soil response at the pile/shaft head is not correct and therefore the results of the analysis are erroneous. This has been fixed.

Fixed a bug with the soil rotational springs generated using the "soil resistance due to pile rotation about 2 and 3 axes". These new additional moment springs were added to version 4 which add soil resistance for large piles/shafts and/or very stiff soil. The soil forces were applied in the reverse direction. As a result the springs were not properly resisting the applied force.

Fixed the soil tip location calculation for IGM materials. The soil tip spring used an intermediate value of the tip depth during calculations. Version 4 had an error in the calculation of this value. It would calculate the tip depth as the bottom of the IGM soil layer in which the tip was located. This had the effect of increasing the socket length. The error ONLY occurred when using IGM materials.

Corrected a units printing error and cleaned up some formatting regarding the soil layer printouts. The units printing error was in the T-Z curves, it printed KSF but value was actually KSI.

Changed the output printing for the soil elevation with respect to the coordinate system and not relative to the pile cap elevation. The old version printed the ground surface elevation - the new one prints the elevation of the top of the soil.

Added printing the User license ID to the output file. BSI will request this number for customer support.

Fixed display of soil curve for TZ and PY for Florida Limestone

Enhanced licensing security.

Added Soil behavior option (Analysis page) to include soil resistance due to pile rotation about the 2 and 3 axis. This option includes the "bending" rotation soil effects. It includes the skin friction on the pile due to a bending type rotation by including a rotational soil spring. See the help manual for more details.

Added P-Y and T-Z soil model for Limestone (McVay). These curves are implemented to describe the behavior of the Florida limestone. See the help manual for more details.

Added load case specific spring applications to the input file
